From all professional sports, road cyclism it's definitely the one that thrills me, for its physical effort, sense of mission and inner strenght needed to cycle weeks in a row. Emily Maye, an american photographer, captures the emotion of cyclism in an exemplary way, showing the human side and pain involved in this amazing sport. Having collaborated with publications such as Paved Magazine or The Collarbone, Emily Maye now shows some of her work in a solo exhibition at Rapha Cycle Club, in San Francisco. Named First/Last, the exhibition it's an intimate look at the last edition of the iconic Tour of California, that took place in May 2012.
