David Millar was one of the figures who marked the most the British cycling in recent decades, not only for his victories on the road, but also by his unmistakable style. As a result of this appreciation for the aesthetic side of this wonderful sport, Millar joined Castelli to launch Chapter 3 collection. Named after the three chapters of Millar's career - before being banned for doping, the return to the sport and his new stage after leaving the pedals - the collection combines perfectly the two aspects that the rider have always appreciated, the style and performance. Known as 'Le Dandy' in the international cycling peloton due to his stylish look, Millar developed the collection with the aim of "making clothing that I would wear as a retired racer," says the rider to Mr Porter, where Chapter 3 was presented exclusively. Using technical fabrics, many more advanced than those used in the international peloton garments, the collection presents an unique aesthetic, with special sartorial details, "a homage to classic clothing, such as motorcycle jackets and old racing overalls, with the button collars."
