Abastos EGC

From the same creators of reknown Abastos 2.0, Marcos Cerqueiro e Iago Pazos, the EGC (Espazo Gastro Cultural) restaurant is the new culinary sensation in Santiago de Compostela. Located in a 19th century building, next to Abastos market, the restaurant offers a modern reinterpretation of traditional galician cookery, with special focus on seafood and seasonal products, presenting as well a vast cultural programme, including exhibitions, workshops and live music performances. In a space dominated by wood and granite, project of local studio Nanube, i like the open kitchen, the cozy atmosphere and details like chairs made of recycled wood.
