Go En - Recently presented at Atelier 51 by Nina Gruntkowski, of Chá Camélia, and the germans of Marimo, Go En is a unique tea due to its pure and unmistakable flavour. Harvested by Morimoto family (pictured, the elder member of the family, Fumie Morimoto), based in Miyazaki prefecture, Go En is produced with organic tea variety Oku Midori (whose leaves are placed in the shade before being harvested), through a rare traditional production method, using a machine with a drum lined with bamboo.
