Design for All, All for Design

After bringing Rex Kralj classics collection to Paris-Sete (an exclusive in Portugal) last week, the brand kindly sent me this amazing book. Entirely dedicated to Niko Kralj life and career, 'Design for All, All for Design' portrays one of the least celebrated post-war designers and one of the founding fathers of slovenian industrial design. The monograph, by Jasna Hrovatin, presents his impressive family history (the nazis murdered all his relatives), the encounters with international designers, the work philosophy, influencies and creations like the emblematic Rex collection, Mosquito chair and the innovative Futura system.
